Techwood rs 485 chb tnt sat card error

Hello, a problem occurred a month ago but I haven't had the time to deal with it until this morning and here it is:
I have a Techwood rs485chb HD TNT decoder that was functioning wonderfully until the day it notified me "card error".
I am on a collective satellite dish installation. We share the same dish for 6 apartments.
The other apartments are working great, so I think the problem doesn't come from the alignment.
I tried the TNT card from one of my neighbors and nothing works.
I don't think the problem comes from the wiring since the channel names and the current program display at the bottom.
I'm about to go buy another one but before that, I would like to hear your opinions.
