Limited bbox connection, what to do?

Hello,

For a few months now, a small icon has been showing up in my connection tab
indicating that I'm not connected. When I display all the networks, I have
limited access to my bbox (both via Wi-Fi and Ethernet).

I'm not sure what to do anymore; I've seen many similar problems on the forum,
and I've tried all the troubleshooting steps without success. It wasn't too bothersome at first, but I
bought a game (yes, this is going a bit off-topic regarding networking ^^') that doesn't recognize
my connection and therefore I'm considered offline, which is tough after spending money for nothing :s

What should I do, please?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 8.0.1

I think I've found the problem, I do not have "ipv4/ipv6 connectivity".

Hello, do you know the term "TCP/IP"? If so, change it to automatic if you are in manual mode and if you are in automatic mode, switch to manual...

Yes, I tried to configure it manually, but I'm not sure if I need to put an IP and a DNS server according to my internet service provider. On the forum, I only found topics that discussed other boxes besides the Bbox.

      try
      192.168.1.11
      255.255.255.0
      192.168.1.1

      DNS:
      192.168.1.1

there you go, then restart and keep me updated ...

I just did it and after validating, I no longer have internet access and I still have the
      "limited connection"

automatically reconnect then try to connect to your hotspot using your credentials...
