CLX-3185 Number of unit jam or jam 2

Pierre -
 Di Giorgio -
Hello,

My Samsung CLX-3185 printer just broke down with this error message while I was in the middle of printing a series of documents on my Mac.
I opened it from the front and back... I don't see any paper jam.
Not sure what to really do...

Pierre

Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 534.52.7

    Hello,
Here are the promised photos, the first one without explanation, the second one with:

    You need to:
    1) Open the rear cover
    2) Lift the two green tabs
    3) Lift the top to see a fully rolled sheet like in my case
    4) Successfully remove the sheet without tearing it

Thank you very much for your information.
I searched in the manual for over an hour without finding your tip, which allowed me to have the printer up and running 5 minutes later.
Thanks a lot and well done for your clear and precise explanations.

Thank you, I had put a 170g paper for photos but it still got stuck. Thanks for the fix.

Actually, it's numeric unit or stuffing, not unit number.
    My apologies...

    RE,

Problem fixed, it was a crumpled and rolled-up sheet just before the exit, the sheet was removed, not without difficulty, and now it's working perfectly.

Ask me for photos if you can't see where it is!
