Hello,
I have installed the guitar link UCG102 with Magix Maker, and I can't record any sound with the guitar or the microphone.
I have Windows 7 with an ATI High Definition Audio device or Realtek High Definition Audio.
I'm not very good with computers, I apologize in advance.
A friend tried to help me; he explained that I probably needed to install ASIO, which I downloaded, but nothing has changed!
I installed the amplifier provided with the guitar link, namely Guitar Combos, but no sound is coming out, I don't get it.
Does anyone know how to proceed?

Hello,
check:
1- Are the drivers installed? (plug in the equipment and run the provided CD)
2- Is Windows 7 configured to read information from the USB input? (control panel---sound, the connected hardware should appear there, select the recording and playback source, make an entry and validate.)
It should work.
By default, Seven uses the built-in sound card. -
Yes, the drivers are installed, and no, I don't see the device appearing.
So I'm going to the control panel and normally I should see if the Guitar Link appears, but I can't find it anywhere!!
Actually, I managed to get sound from the guitar and ACBox Combo, but I have a delay problem when I play, the sound is delayed!
Is it due to the sound card?
Actually, I only have a headphone to output sound, I don't have speakers, is that the problem? I don't think so, but I'm asking the question anyway!!
I've tried adjusting the latency, but I still have the same delay issue, I don't understand where it's coming from.
