Hello,

I just downloaded eMule from your site, it appears on my desktop as well as in the list of programs in my control panel, but when I click on its icon, nothing happens.....it doesn't open......Why and what should I do?
Thank you.

ps: I think I am on "Vista"

Configuration: windows XP

    Hello,

*Download Revo Uninstaller: here and uninstall Emule in advanced mode, if it offers files to delete, delete them.

*Download CCleaner: here install it, then launch it and click on analyze, then at the end of the scan click on clean, then go to Registry, click on find errors, then at the end of the scan click on fix selected errors, then restart your pc.

*Download Emule:here install it, then check if it works.

    :-)

After doing this or if you encounter problems while performing the aforementioned steps, do this:

    * Download ZHPDiag (by Nicolas Coolman): here

    * Run it (For Windows Vista and Windows 7, right-click --> Run as administrator)

    * Follow the prompts during installation (remember to check the box to create a shortcut on the Desktop)

    * It will launch automatically.

    * Click on the icon representing a magnifying glass (“Start the diagnosis”)

    * Save the report to your Desktop using the icon representing a floppy disk.

    * Go to Pjjoint: here, click on "Choose a file", select the ZHPDiag report and click on Send the file.
Then copy/paste the provided link in your next response.

PS: Please send me all the reports afterwards via Pjjoint.

    Thank you very much!!!!! ;-)
