EMule KAD connection issue

impossible to connect to Kademlia since I've been on Seven.
Firewall is fine
Router is fine

Configuration: Seven 64 bit SP1
Motherboard=P5B BIOS=21.04 FSB rated original (1066MHz)
Processor=Q9300 2.5GHz 6MB FSB: (1333MHz beta version with this motherboard) so it doesn't support overclocking like my E6600 which went up to 3.2GHz on my motherboard.
RAM: 1200MHz originally underclocked to 1000MHz, the motherboard supports 800
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series Dual LCD screen Asus 1920*1080 Power supply: Everest 80plus 600W
Hard drive: 1 SATA II HDD / 3 SATA III HDD limited to SATA II
18 partitions 3*2000Go, 1*1000Go = 7000Go 1 with 32MB cache, 3 with 64MB all 7200RPM
Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections
