Hello, by mistake I uninstalled Google Chrome, can someone tell me how to reinstall it please, thank you in advance

Hello, I accidentally uninstalled Google Chrome. I reinstalled Google Chrome and received a message saying there are new modifications, so I cannot. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Thank you. I have Windows XP SP3 Home Edition.

Je voudrais de l'aide car je ne connais rien sur les ordinateurs. Voilà, c'est la première fois que je pose une question sur internet. D'habitude, je n'ai pas de problème de ce genre. Je n'arrive pas à installer Google Chrome sur mon ordinateur (j'ai Internet Explorer en ce moment) ni Skype. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi. J'ai décidé de réinstaller Google Chrome et Skype que je pense avoir correctement installés il y a pas longtemps. Pour Google Chrome, en bas, j'ai une petite fenêtre collée à la page qui vient, j'exécute, ça fait tout et à la fin, ça finit, je crois, et sur le site, il y a marqué "Nous vous remercions d'avoir installé Chrome", mais pourtant je regarde, je ne trouve pas Google Chrome. Et pour Skype, ça me met la même fenêtre, j'exécute, mais à la fin, j'ai une fenêtre (entourée du truc d'Avast Sandbox) qui vient et qui dit (j'ai copié pareil) :
C:/Users/Nomdupc/appData/local/windows/temporaryInternetFiles/Content.IE5/CX0WGK7E/SkypeSetulfull(1).exe
L'application n'a pas pu démarrer car sa configuration côte-à-côte est incorrecte. Pour plus d'informations, voir le journal d'événements d'applications. (Que je ne trouve pas)
Bon, voilà, je voudrais résoudre ce problème.
Et aussi, j'ai ce message qui vient, je ne sais pas pourquoi, peut-être qu'il y a un rapport ?
