Hello,
Despite numerous searches on all possible sites, I can't stop the Windows Sticky Notes from launching at startup. I know that when you shut down the computer without Sticky Notes, it should close.
But every time I start up, I end up with an empty Sticky Notes on the desktop.
How can I prevent Sticky Notes from launching at startup?

Hello, you can manage the list of programs that launch at Windows startup. To do this, go to the Run menu (shortcut keys: windows+r) and type msconfig. In the panel that opens, go to the Startup tab and you will see the list of programs that launch at Windows startup. For the sticky note, there should be something like 'Microsoft Windows Operating System' in the 'Startup Item' column and 'c:\windows\system32\stikyNot.exe' in the 'Command' column. Uncheck it, restart, and you're all set.
