un petit pb vient gentiment de s'installer sur mon pc: impossible de scanner mon PC pour le spywares(éwido)et mon PC plante aussi lors de scan en ligne ;j'ai un message "driver IRQL not less" avant le rédémarrage de windows qd ça plante.
Mon antivirus (avast) ne veut plus s'intaller (message comme koi il manque un raccourci !!)
je vous envoie un rapport

Desinstalle Copernic ainsi que Mywebsearch, c'est des nids à espions !

Affiche tous les fichiers et dossiers :
Clique sur démarrer/panneau de configuration/outil/option des dossiers/affichage
Coche « afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés »
Décoche la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)"
Décoche « masquer les extensions dont le type est connu »
Puis fais «Ok» pour valider les changements.
Et appliquer !

Relance HijackThis, coche les cases devant ces lignes et ensuite clique sur fix checked :

Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

¤Recherche et supprime ceci:
attention seulement les fichiers (si présents).
svcnet.exe --> Attention à l'orthographe.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Arrête ces services :
Clique sur Démarrer->exécuter->tape: services.msc
Double-clique: Windows Log
Règle-le sur "Arrêté" et "Désactivé".
Vide la corbeille, passe ewido ainsi que Ccleaner
Redemarre en mode normal et refait un hijackthis.
Bon courage.

merci pour les renseignements ; j'ai effectué toutes les démarches sf que mon pc ne veut pas redémarrer en mode sans échec
sinon scan effectué avec succes mais autre pb j'ai enlevé mon ancien virus (mcafee version téléchargée) et j'essaye d'installer avast mais après installation et redémarrage j'ai le message: raccourci manquant: ashavast.exe et il ne fonctionne donc pas ;
je vais regarder sur le forum mais si qq'un à la réponse merci d'avance

il doit y avoir conflit entre les 2 antivirus.
Comme tu l'as peut etre remarqué, il reste des traces importantes de Mcafee.
telecharge le fichier d'installation de Avast mais ne l'execute pas.
Manip a effectuer en etant deconnecté du web.
desinstalle avast et Mcaffee.
Passe ccleamer pour le nettoyage de la base de registre voir démo.
Relance HijackThis, coche les cases devant ces lignes et ensuite clique sur fix checked :

recherche et supprime ce dossier :
C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch
ensuite toujours en etant deconnecté du web, redemarre ton ordi et reinstalle Avast.
