Hi
well, I might come off as a bit old-fashioned, but I would really love to know how the City Hunter series ends!
It's a childhood memory, you see, I was (and still am, by the way) a huge fan of Nicky and Laura, but I can't remember how it ended between them!
Actually, I downloaded 144 episodes, but I think there’s at least one more, because the last episode I have has a very ordinary ending!
So, if someone could tell me if Nicky finally confessed to Laura that he loves her! Honestly, it's vital for me, because after watching 144 episodes in less than a week, well, I'm a bit on edge :))
And if anyone has the link to the episode, I would really appreciate it!!!
Thank you ;)

Good evening, Laura! I'm sorry that no one was able to respond... First of all, as a huge fan of City Hunter and others as well... I'm surprised you say you've watched 144 episodes!!! o_O There are a total of 140 episodes, how did you manage that, and where can we get these 4 episodes! And for the ending, from what I know, the 6 City Hunter movies were supposed to be... a continuation of the anime! But the great master Hojô left the suspense intentionally since there is a sort of sequel called "Angel Heart"! (Which I think is terrible U_U if we're big fans of the perfection and impeccable aesthetics of City Hunter (drawing, music, scenario, scenes, emotional moments, the sentimental background [like the one we feel between Nicky and Laura]...etc) Anyway, as I was saying in Angel Heart, we feel a great void and a desperate lack of professionalism, tact, and flexibility in the movements... A great void I'm telling you [And it's not just because of Laura's absence!]... I feel the same as you! The older I get, the more the relationship between Nicky and Laura moves me; I watched it again recently! Between work and studies, I still found the time to relive what I found magical in my childhood! I also discovered a side of Nicky that I didn’t know, a moral side that I didn’t notice when I was a kid! Anyway, a true MOVIE! For me, it’s worth all the American movies out today and it surpasses them completely! Well, take care! And thank you for responding. =)

Angel Heart is not a sequel to City Hunter. It features the same characters, but it is a parallel story. If we compare the stories of City Hunter and Angel Heart, the meeting with Nicky and Laura is different, etc.

Hi, I'm 25 years old, I watch an episode of City Hunter every night before sleeping, I feel like I'm traveling through time. After reading your message, I had the feeling that I had written it myself, and like you, I only found 140 episodes and I would love to see the ending; I think it was never aired on Mangas (where I watched the series). Speaking of Mangas, there's also RANMA AND AKANE, a beautiful, funny, and very unique story. There's also Cobra, who travels in space, and many others that I would gladly recommend to you.

Decidedly, I thought I was the only one, but there is still a depth and a morality in this world ^^ I love it too; it's all my childhood. Until today, I still haven't found any manga that can fulfill me as much as Nicky Larson. As for the episodes, I've seen 141 and not 144. Then there's gossip saying that Laura dies and that she was replaced by a young woman in Angels Hearts because this last one would have Laura's heart, which is why Nicky would be by her side. As for me, I don't even want to hear about that ending; it would break my heart and make me stay in bed for the rest of my life XD.

So enjoy the episodes you have, and if anyone has more than 141, I'd love the rest ;)

IT SEEMS THAT LAURA is dead and that her heart lives in the body of another young girl next to Nicky in Angel Heart, at least that's how I remember it.

I found this
Watch Angel Heart streaming
Ryo Saeba returns in an alternative sequel to City Hunter. In Shinjuku, the hitwoman Glass Heart, consumed by remorse, commits suicide by jumping from a building. In order for her to survive, her employers decide to transplant a heart for her: that of Kaori (LAURA), who died in an accident on the day of her wedding to Ryo (NICKY LARSON)."
.....
It's sad.

There is an ending of Nicky Lardon on Netflix where he dies, I think that's how it ends.

If you like Nickt Larson's music, I recommend the original opening titled "Angel Night." By far one of the best openings across all anime.
