Probleme with window explorer

Good evening,my lotop acer w/window xp drives me crazy .everytime i tried to read my inbox messages or try to connect to window explorer many ,many...around 90 windows explorer pop up and no way to stop 'em i tried hardly .Please,help me to get out .I need your help.
