Hello, today I received a new Packard Bell computer tower and I have an issue because when I turn it on, I get no image... of course, I plugged in the power cable (normal ><), the VGA cable for the screen, and the audio cable. So I don't understand, it seems to me that I haven't forgotten any cables, so if someone could help me with this, that would be nice.

My tower is a PACKARD BELL IXTREME I7516FR Gaming Computer

(sorry I couldn't find it on the Packard Bell France site, I hope this link will help you :/ )

Thank you in advance, best regards, cookie mimi :3

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.1

    Good evening cookiemimi
it's indeed a PackardBell, calling this type of machine a gaming PC and selling it for 850 euros
if you had come to this site before your purchase, we would have directed you to other specialized sites to put together a real gaming PC for less
let’s get back to your problem
the video card in your machine does not have a VGA output
only 2 DVI, 1 HDMI, 1 DISPLAY PORT
so I don't see how you connected your screen in VGA

So, what kind of cable do you have????
      DVI or VGA????
A DVI connector is white or cream; a VGA connector is blue.

Well, if it's new, bring it over and ask him to make it work in front of you.

It's up to you to see behind; there is a blue one, it's the VGA, an off-white/beige one, it's the DVI, and a yellow one, and maybe even a black one for S-Video or HDMI.
