Hello,
Hello everyone,
I am looking for a meal voucher management system for our company's employees.
We usually provide a booklet of 20 vouchers every 20 working days. The number of working days in the month will be deducted from the current month's payslip.
This is quite a complicated system to manage. I would like to know if you have any ideas to streamline this system. For example, giving the vouchers to all employees at the beginning of the month.
Thank you in advance for your help. Cool

Hello
without knowing exactly what you want to do, we can suggest this configuration to count the number of tickets (hence working days) in a month
in column D from D1 to D10: the list of holidays for the month, which you can complete if needed with other closure dates
in A2 the date of the 1st day of the month
in B2 the date of the last day of the month
in C2, the formula:
=NETWORKDAYS(A2;B2:D1:D10)
will give you the number of working days per month.
Note: you can include Saturday and Sunday holidays in the holiday list, Excel will not count them twice.
Of course, Saturday and Sunday are not counted as working days.
if you want to go further, come back with more precise questions and your scope.
best regards
Ps but you don't mention what tools you have to do this, here it is Excel
Let's ask ourselves if we are not the only ones who understand what we are explaining?
