You cannot...
You can only unblock people you have blocked yourself...
However, if she blocked you by mistake or by accident, just tell her how to unblock you:

- Click at the top right of a Facebook page.
- Click on Privacy Shortcuts / How do I stop someone from contacting me?
- Then See all blocked users.
- Click on the Unblock link next to the name of the person to unblock.
