EBook site not working "Unable ..."

Hello,
I'm sorry to disturb some of you, but could you help me because I have a huge problem with a website. It's the site "ebook-Gratuit.com" PDF books; anyway, I can no longer access the site because this message appears: "Unable to establish connection to MySQL
2002: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)"
And I don't know how to fix this problem. Is it because the site is under renovation, is the problem on my end, or has the site been closed?

Please help me.

Confirmed, it's not your PC...

Technical failure? Or an issue with the authorities? Aside from works that are more than fifty years old, books are subject to rights.
