Driver wl-54pci Advance
The driver mentioned in this post also works perfectly for the Advance UBS wl54USB adapter! I spent days and days searching, and it was this post that brought me the answer!
Use it with complete confidence (for Advance wifi products)

And for the WiFi card Advance WL-54CB (PCMCIA), do you happen to have a driver handy?
Because the one mentioned above doesn't seem to work :-(

Thank you for the drivers, I was starting to lose hope.
The craziest thing is that I have the original CD, but no matter what, it doesn't find its driver during automatic installation, it's really ridiculous.
Why include a CD if it doesn't even work with it?
With WIN2000 and XP, I managed to install it with the drivers WL-54USB-OK.rar, but it's impossible with WIN98. It tells me there's a missing or associated file??? It doesn't work!!!
Has anyone else tried it with WIN98?

Hello, I don’t understand. It's the same for me; I can't install it with the WL-54USB-OK.rar software. It asks me to plug in my USB key to recognize it – makes sense, but no, it’s just frustrating because it doesn’t work. I've spent a lot of time trying to find that crappy USB driver, and now that I've got it, it doesn't work. They can't even provide a driver that works with their lousy key, unless the software provided here has an issue. So if anyone has the right software, please share; you'll help me and I imagine many others. Thank you in advance to whoever helps us (I hope).
Hello everyone, when I go to the site to download the Free driver nothing happens, it just keeps going back to the same page and I can't download it, why????
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.
Hello everyone,
After struggling similarly to install this card and finally succeeding, I find myself with a new problem. Indeed, the card connects well to my Freebox, but after about fifteen minutes, I lose internet access despite the fact that the card is still connected to the network and shows a very good signal.
Moreover, I find that it has very poor reception; the computer is 4 meters away from the Freebox, and if I don't turn the tower, it picks up no signal at all...
Does anyone have a solution?
Best regards, Alex.

Revisit this Forum: Someone offered to send me a copy of the installation CD for that "damn" Advance-54 PCI by mail...

Hi,
I have the same card as you, Demeter, and despite their advice and explanations, and after browsing the web, I can't manage to install my card. Were you able to do it today? If so, could you tell me how you did it?
I tried all the drivers from the CD, all the methods from here and others from the web, but Windows XP doesn't want to install it.
I have the Advance WL-54 model in PCI and not the USB key. Could someone please tell me how to install it?
Thanks, bye!

I was relieved to finally find an answer to my problem but the link is dead...
Hoping to get a response to my driver issue for the PGI wireless LAN adapter from the brand Advance since I am using Windows Steven Titan.
Thank you very much
