Issue with the pause mode on Freebox

Hello,

I have a Freebox v5 and often, when I pause a program and then resume playback, everything works perfectly until at some point the image completely freezes. I then have no choice but to return to live TV and thus miss everything I was supposed to see on catch-up.

I would like to know if anyone has encountered this problem, and if there is a solution?
