Avec Excel :
Écrire chaque valeur de A1 à A36 (0,1,2, ...)
En B1 mettre la formule :
=INDEX($A$1:$A$36;ALEA.ENTRE.BORNES(1;36))&INDEX($A$1:$A$36;ALEA.ENTRE.BORNES(1;36))&INDEX($A$1:$A$36;ALEA.ENTRE.BORNES(1;36))&INDEX($A$1:$A$36;ALEA.ENTRE.BORNES(1;36))&INDEX($A$1:$A$36;ALEA.ENTRE.BORNES(1;36))&INDEX($A$1:$A$36;ALEA.ENTRE.BORNES(1;36))&INDEX($A$1:$A$36;ALEA.ENTRE.BORNES(1;36))&INDEX($A$1:$A$36;ALEA.ENTRE.BORNES(1;36))

avec cette formule, fort intéressante par ailleurs, on obtient une 8-liste et non une combinaison (un même symbole peut se répéter)
