I ordered a nebulizer from QUIRUMED just over a month ago. It arrived two weeks later (delivery expected in 3-5 days) and it doesn't work! Quirumed picked it up for inspection just eight days ago, and I’m still without a device! Not happy at all, I’m waiting for an update… When???? Impossible to contact by the helpline number (lines busy....)

It's curious, I have exactly the same experience with them.
I ordered a device, it arrived later than expected and, above all, it was defective.
Quirumed picked it up once, and when they sent it back to me, it was only half repaired.
Quirumed had to pick it up a second time, and now I haven't heard anything for over a month. When I call, I get the voicemail (the lines are overloaded too).

To sum up, it's been over 3 months since I ordered my device and I still haven't received anything...

Ordered device delivery initially scheduled for 5 days but postponed to 3 months without being notified (even though customer service says otherwise)
Cancellation done, I am waiting for the refund
I had to send an email because I didn't receive confirmation and an email from customer service stating that I received a cancellation email.
Unacceptable, the customer is always wrong regarding their mistakes.

Same here, completely irrational delivery times. My product was ordered 10 days ago and its status is still "pending shipment."

And a second device broken down after 6 months of use, the technical service was supposed to call me back for 2 days and still nothing, the secretary no longer answers my calls. And in the meantime, I'm canceling my client appointments!

2 devices in less than a year, to avoid canceling my appointments I bought another device, after 3 round trips at my expense, I stopped sending them back; I would have ended up spending more on transport than on the device itself. It's been 6 months and I'm still waiting for a refund.

We really need to avoid them; we know they are Chinese devices, but as long as they are under warranty, we should be able to get quick support!

I feel like I’m going to lose weeks of work and clients; I am disgusted.

I’m done spending money with them, they are really not professional enough!
Really to be avoided if you want to work peacefully.

To respond to Dadou, it’s not the Internet; it’s because we are dealing with a company that does not provide or take responsibility; they just cash in, that’s all; they don’t care if professionals are troubled and lose revenue.

The least they could do would be to test the devices before passing them off to unsuspecting clients!

I am very disappointed. I hope to get a quick exchange!!!! Is it possible to buy products online without any issues these days!!!! I'm starting to lose my patience!

Yes, evidently, I am not an isolated case, I suspected as much....
My story: at the end of 2015, I purchased new aesthetic care equipment from Quirumed for my professional activities, as I run a beauty institute.
After 30 days, the equipment began to show increasing malfunctions until it became unusable. Let’s remember that Quirumed is Spanish and has no customer service in France.
The first time, a technician commissioned by Quirumed attempted a repair, but the reliability was still not there. A second time, Quirumed had to intervene. The equipment was sent back to Spain. Upon its return, it quickly broke down again.
Infuriated, I requested a refund for this equipment under warranty. Quirumed REFUSED and offered to buy it back from me at a ridiculously low price.
I then engaged legal assistance, which conducted two successive expert assessments. They concluded that the chronic malfunction was not due to misuse and implicated Quirumed's responsibility. The causes lie in a manufacturing or design defect.
We are in 2017 and the procedure is still unresolved. Quirumed has refused to honor its responsibility under the warranty for the equipment and I had to initiate legal proceedings in the Spanish courts.
I will spare you the wasted time, stress, and financial damage related to this cumbersome and expensive equipment that does not work.
Conclusion: never buy anything from Quirumed, a supplier whose equipment proves to be chronically poor quality and who does not take responsibility. It seems to "hide" behind the legal and geographical distance it "benefits" from. But the Spanish justice system will put an end, it must, to these intolerable practices within a member state of the European Community.
I will keep you informed of the legal proceedings.

Hello, I don't recommend getting equipment from them. I have experience with a vibrating platform that doesn't work at all.

I am reaching out to share my experience with Quirimed. I bought an oscillating platform from them and unfortunately, it only worked for a month
the device was already defective because when I turned it on, it had difficulty starting and then it went out of control. The fuse burned out 5 times
but I want to go back to my previous messages where I said they were crooks. That's not the case! I dealt with the after-sales service that always answered my questions, arranged to collect the platform, and hopefully will reimburse me
so I apologize to the company QUIRIMED for speaking wrongly as I realize it is a reliable, honest, and very professional company.
Furthermore, I have 2 friends who have oscillating platforms and frankly, when I had the chance for it to work, the platform from Quirimed was far better than my two friends' in particular for the anti-cellulite program!
Aesthetically, I preferred it too! because some resemble more 'gadgets'
I would recommend Quirimed because I know I can trust them
so I leave my testimony here for anyone who doubts this company and I will respond if you have any questions and once again I apologize to QUIRIMED FOR POSTING FALSE AND UNFOUNDED COMMENTS

I don't understand how companies like this can still exist!! It's a shame. They promise a delivery time of 3 to 5 days and the result is that 15 days later, after several exchanges, you are told that two products are missing that should be delivered within the week; and to everyone's surprise, there's no so-called delivery... As for the refund, I don't know how long it takes to receive it... to be continued; but in any case, NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

They are scammers. I ordered a spa pedicure chair. I received a defective chair!!!
I had to harass the company to come pick up the chair; they didn't respond right away. I had to hound customer service for a month to get them to come collect the chair. After that, the refund also took three weeks. Do not order from this site, you will get scammed. They even took 15% of the chair's value even though I returned the chair intact. They are thieves, be very careful.

I don't usually give negative reviews, but this is too much!!!
I ordered more than 5000 euros worth of equipment from quirumed in November 2018... the equipment looks nice but the quality is mediocre.
I bought PediSpa chairs for pedicures and after a year and a half, the equipment is completely deteriorating; the armrests no longer hold, there are leaks in the plumbing, the faucets break, and there’s more...

I strongly advise against it.

Same several devices ordered one defective and more expensive shipping to return it than the price of the device. No advice, I've been waiting for months for a response to an email, always the same answer we are asking the technicians... but still nothing since March. , ..... In short, they sell, do the minimum, I do not recommend at all.

I have already ordered, a month later still not received, and they don't inform you unless you make a complaint; then they tell you that it's the carrier's fault and that it will be fine in 2 days. Five days later still no news, so I make a complaint again, since this time they still don't keep you informed. Now the delay is fifteen days and since the issue lasted 1 month, I have requested a refund which was processed in a timely manner. The conclusion is that I am not very eager to order from this company again.

Do not order from this site at all. Delivery times are not respected. I am requesting a refund for my order. No one is in charge anymore. According to my contact, the equipment is in a container, but we don't know when it will arrive. I advise you against this site.

Scam, I filed a complaint for fraud. A legal process with lawyers is underway. Especially if you buy and pay through Paypal! They asked me to cancel the dispute and that I would receive the package, I canceled, and since then, no news! I had to contact my legal protection, I will delete my comment the day I receive my refund, so if you see this review, it means they never refunded me. As of today, it has been over two months that I am waiting.

WARNING, the equipment is fragile: broken headrest of a massage table; I tried to invoke the warranty; refusal from the sales department on the grounds that it is professional equipment guaranteed for one year and not two for individuals;
However, the general warranty conditions state in point 1:
"2 years for individual consumers and 1 year for professionals, valid from the day of delivery of the order.
Their interpretation is therefore incorrect since it is not a matter of a product for professional use, but a distinction is made between the individual consumer, which I am, and professionals.
So bad faith and no response to my emails since I gave them this answer.
I totally discourage this site which is by no means "professional".

Personally, I have been waiting for my order (dietary products) since 17/07/12. No responses to emails but the check has been cashed... as for PayPal, they can't do anything...

Massage table ordered at least 15 days ago and still not delivered. They announce a delivery time of 3 - 5 days. Indeed, they highlight in red that given the current circumstances... But there's no trace of my order on the site anymore. It was "in processing" and now nothing. However, payment is immediate for them. We should be charged for the delay in delivery... What about my order!?

Absolutely to avoid, especially their tables, which are totally unstable and the after-sales service is nonexistent. There was no follow-up despite submitting videos showing the instability and the total danger posed by the table. The only option offered is to return the table at my expense to Spain, which will cost me double its price.
Email exchanges lasted over a month in vain, and it is impossible to reach them by phone.
I purchased other products, and their quality is also mediocre despite the high prices.

I ordered a shower chair that I assembled (without instructions, it's much harder) but I managed to do it. Well, not quite, for the seat yes, but for the backrest, the bars of the backrest have to slide into 4 plastic holes screwed into the back of the chair, there are 2 for the right bar and two for the left bar.

So, on one side the two holes were aligned so no problem, it fitting together, but for the other bar, one of the holes is aligned and the other one isn't, so it's impossible to assemble.

So there you go, I would like to send the package back to get another chair, without having to pay the shipping costs of course because I'm not responsible for the manufacturing error. So I’ve been sending emails every other day, to which they are not responding. Never again.
