Installer CS5 Mac

Je cherche à installer la suite CS5 d'adobe et on me dit la chose suivante :

Edit your Host's file to block "home calls" in CS4/CS5:

Open a "Terminal" and type:

CONTROL + X
An then type this to flush the DNS cache, and have your host file changes to take immediate effect:

Je ne comprend pas ou exactement je dois coller les codes
