Hello,
I would like some advice, please, as I find myself in a deadlock. Since childhood, I have played in the same amateur club without any problems; in fact, my older brother plays with me on team No. 2. However, in 2008/2009 during a match where my brother and I were playing together, I entered the field and played as planned, but my brother remained on the bench. When I exited the game, a quarter of an hour before the end of the match, noticing that my brother still hadn't come in, I asked the coach to let him play for a bit. He replied no, which upset my brother, who decided to go take a shower, and of course, I followed him. After the match, the whole team met in a clubhouse, including me, my brother, and of course the coach, who immediately became enraged upon seeing us and insulted us the first time. We did not respond. The second time, he insulted us again, and we explained to him that he had no right to speak that way, and then he wanted to come to blows... The other players intervened between us, and nothing happened. As a result, the president told us to leave, which my brother and I, along with some players who were shocked by the coach's reaction, did. Subsequently, we decided to leave this club, my brother and I, along with two other players, to join another club, where we had a peaceful season in 2009/2010. The following year, since our local club changed coaches, we decided to return to it, but to no avail; we were denied our licenses, being told they had too many players, and that we could reapply the following year, which we did. In conclusion, this club even took back the two players who had left with us and my brother, but they still refuse to give me a license without a valid reason. I would like to know how to obtain it; is there an association I can reach out to for information on whether they have the right to act this way towards me? Thank you for shedding some light on this matter.

They have every right to refuse you the license; however, you can write a letter to the football federation explaining your situation.
