I tried to re-solder the 7 wires myself but it didn't work... and for good reason, there's a core (more precisely a ground braid) in the sheath, so you also need to solder this braid and then everything works now. Of course, it can be repaired, but the wires used for the video are specific because they are "shielded", which requires meticulous work both in terms of connecting the cores and insulating the shields. Thank you for your response. I will try to splice it by soldering the wires one by one and the ground braid and the aluminum foil. It is not easy to find the same one.
