How to view a jef (embroidery) file?

I have an embroidery CD, but I can't view the designs. I've searched everywhere for free software to open it, but I don't know which one to choose. Can someone please answer my question? Thank you in advance.

    Hello, the Pulse Ambassador software should meet your expectations. This software requires an operating system of XP, Vista or Windows 7; older versions are no longer supported.
