EXCEL 2003 - Multiple Choice List

Hello,

I currently have Excel 2003, and for a reporting table, I need to create a list where I can select multiple choices.
I'm not sure if I'm being clear.
For example:
In a column that we will call collections, I want to be able to check multiple brands.
This would look like:
COLLECTIONS:
MI
MO
SY
AH
SP
BY
But when I create a list, I can only select one of these data. Either MI, or MO, or SY, etc...
My goal is to be able to check or select both MI and MO at the same time or SY and AH... In short, to be able to select multiple brands. From one to all...

I hope you understood my problem and that you will be able to help me.

Thank you in advance,

Caroline

Hello,

So you click on the cell where you want multiple choices, then in Data (at the top) ==> Validation ==> and in Allow you select List and in Source you enter

MI;MO;SY;AH etc.....

Just need to do it now ;)

@Michel: thanks for your response but I only have Excel 2003 so I can't see the macros apparently... (I'm bad with Excel!)

@Lentz: thanks for your response as well. I've already made that list but what I would like to be able to do is select multiple choices in the same cell... Not just one...

Thank you

Re,

What I sent you is in XL 97-2003 and you should have a window with "make it trust..." you respond "yes"
