PC envahi par les virus

Bonjour, mon PC est virolé a mort, lent comme pas possible, j'ai des ecrans bleus très souvent, Microsoft security essential s'affole, detecte 20 fois le meme virus, meme après nettoyage, plus rien ne marche, quand je démarre mon pc c'est direct "EXPLORER.EXE a céssé de fonctionner", c'est rare que mon pc marche correctement plus de 5 minutes, et je commence a en avoir vraiment MARRE. Je voudrais savoir s'il existait un moyen de "cleaner" mon pc sans le formater. NE ME PROPOSEZ PAS TROJAN KILLER, CAR IL NE FONCTIONNE PAS !!!

ccleaner n'est pas un antivirus mais un nettoyeur

quand à spybot, qu'il puisse rivaliser avec kaspersky et bitdefender j'ai des doutes

ce que tu décris n'est pas forcément un virus ou que un virus (ecrans bleus)

le virus a peut être été éradiqué mais a abimé ton registre

essaye d'abord ca pour réparer un peu windows

Démarrer --> Tous les programmes --> Accessoires --> Clic-droit sur Invite de commandes --> Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur --> tu tapes
sfc_/scannow

( _ étant un espace)

laisse faire l'analyse jusqu'au bout

et tu devrais attendre un contributeur sécurité avant de prendre une décision de formatage

essaye de sauvegarder tes données sur cle usb (que tu analysera plus tard) puis réinstalle Windows. C'est le moyen le plus fiable dans ces cas la.

Ccleaner n'est pas un firewall, donc je ne l'avais pas mentionné, mais il ne me sert a rien !!! Malgré les nettoyages multiples, le pc est toujours pareil !!!
Pour spybot, je jeterais un oeil, mais pour ce qui est de sauvegarder mes données sur un disque ext, j'ai bien un disque 500 go vierge, mais j'ai peur qu'il se fasse contaminé... Ensuite, formater, je voudrais bien, mais je ne peux pas car il est impossible de formater C:/, car si je le formate avec windows, comme windows est sur C:/, je doute que ca marche!

Par contre, je ne sais pas mais, est il possible de formater depuis le bios ou autre chose ? car je le répete, je n'ai QU'UN PC !!

fais l'analyse que je t'ai dit en attendant

et attends un contri sécurité

on formate avec un dvd windows, tes dvds de restaration ou l'utilitaire de ton pc fourni, on ne fait pas n'importe quoi

ps: pour tous les antivirus et pare feux j'espére qu'ils ne sont pas été installés en m^me temps...
on ne met qu'un anitivirus et qu'un pare feu sur un pc

et les suites comme norton ou kaspersky contiennent déjà un pare feu

si tu veux commencer a sauvegarder des données sur usb ou autre, démarre en mode sans echec

(touche F8 ou F5 pendant le démarrage et tu choisis mode sans echec)

avec un peu de chance le virus sera inactif en mode sans echec et ca ira mieux pour sauvegarder

ok, merci pour tout les gars, non bien sur je n'ai pas tout installé en meme temps, je vais tester le truc de l'invite de commande, le dvd windows, je l'ai pas, c'était windows 7 intégré sur un hp portable...

Et autre chose, le mode sans echec marche niquel, et si c'est pas un virus, ALORS COMMENT SE FAIT IL QUE TOUS LES ANTIVIRUS DETECTENT DES VIRUS EN PAGAILLES, MAIS NE PEUVENT PAS LES NETTOYER ???

Avec tous les antivirus que j'ai mentionné, aucun ne peut les nettoyer, car, comme le dit microsoft security essentials, lors du nettoyage, le virus est "introuvable", mais 5 secondes plus tard, il est redétécté...

je n'ai pas dit qu'il n'y avait pas de virus

le mode sans echec démarre windows avec le minimum, peut être que le virus n'est pas chargé, ca ne veut pas dire qu'il n'y en a pas

si tu as un portable tu as dans les programmes un utilitaire de remise du pc à l'état d'usine

et tu devais avoir eu des dvds de restauration à faire

c'est la première chose à faire, dans les 8 ou 15 jours maxi aprés l'achat

un anti malware que tu n'as pas essayé et qui par contre est hyper efficace :

mets à jour et choisis examen complet

Salut bal,

après Le scan de l'invite de commande, mon pc marche beaucoup mieux
Il est plus rapide, etc, et microsoft security essentials ne detecte plus de virus du tout (???). J'ai juste un probleme que j'avais omis de mentionner tout a l'heure, car il y avait trop a dire ^^, c'est que mon pc fait depuis quelques mois, on va dire une "Intolérance" aux installateurs. Je m'explique :
Quand je lance une installation, Steam ou hamachi par exemple, l'installation bloque après avoir choisi les préférences, au moment de l'installation. A ce moment, tous les programmes en cours (opera, l'explorer, bloc note, gestionnaire des taches...) se bloquent et ne "répondent plus" les uns après les autres...
Quand Plus rien ne répond, ctrl alt suppr ne marche meme plus et je suis obligé d'appuyer sur power pendant 3 secondes pour eteindre brutalement.
Et ca pour tous les .msi ou les .exe d'installation...
Pour l'instant c'est ce qui me paralise le plus, car je ne peux plus rien installer, donc je suis bloqué...Je ne sais pas si c'est lier a un virus ou a une clé de registre mal foutue, mais je ne peux rien faire tant que ce probleme n'est pas résolu.

▶ Télécharge ici : USBFIX sur ton bureau

branche tous tes periphériques sans les ouvrir

/!\ Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation d'USBFIX, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...."

sur l'icône Usbfix située sur ton Bureau.
Sur la page, clique sur le bouton :

▶ choisi l option Suppression

▶ UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.

▶ Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

▶ Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Quand je lance le mode sans echec, ca bloque au chargement du driver "Atipcie.sys", alors que hier ca ne le faisait pas ???
J'ai une carte Graphique ATI, est ce que le probleme vient de ce driver ATI ?

La carte graphique...ou le driver ?
Parce que depuis Mercredi, un autre driver est apparu, eclipsant totalement le driver ATI, ca s'appelle Carte VGA quelque chose... C'est surement le pilote d'affichage de windows qui a pris le relai... Donc je fais quoi ? Je réinstallle le driver ? Le nom de ma carte graphique c'est ATI radeon HD 4250, et les drivers sont introuvables sur le net... Donc comme c'est le pilote windows qui assure les fonctions windows, plus aucuns jeux ne marchent, et mon pc tourne en 800x600
:( j'ai l'impresion que c'est de pire en pire...
