Hello,
As the title suggests, for the past few days I have been unable to watch any videos on Allocine, regardless of the browser. The player shows me a black page and the duration indicated for the video is zero, plus the ads do not display. I also do not have the adblock plugin, if someone can help me... thanks in advance

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 5.0.1

So check if it's not JAVA that's acting up!

Otherwise, I can offer you two solutions: One is that you may have installed a codec pack that messed up your computer .. so at that point you uninstall everything and restart the computer!

Or it could be that you're actually missing some codecs! In that case, I can suggest this: https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Multimedia/codecs/fiches/26950.html

I reinstalled Java, restored the system to an earlier date, and installed new codecs, and nothing works...

What does it make you feel exactly?

The video location remains black and neither the video nor the ad is loading.

Clean all your temporary files, it could be along those lines... If you don't have any changes, I'll help you tomorrow because I'm going to bed now.

After cleaning everything with Ccleaner, the problem remains the same...

I thought I had posted, I must have sent it wrong, I deleted a good ten software and other toolbars from the computer and cleaned up again with ccleaner.

Which software did you exactly remove please?
Because I've been having the same issue for several months, whether I launch it with Internet Explorer or Firefox... it's driving me crazy because Allociné is a great site for trailers and cinema news.
I also have all the codecs and all the updates for Flash Player and don't have Adblock on my machine, so where could my problem be coming from??
