Hello,
I'm currently writing my thesis and I'm encountering a recurring problem with pagination after section breaks. I write in portrait format and insert a section break at the end of the page to write a single page in landscape format. Then, once this page is written, I switch back to portrait format for the next page but I find that this new portrait page is not numbered. However, the page following the portrait page (which is also in portrait) is numbered according to the correct pagination. So it goes like this: 1 in portrait, 2 in landscape (which is also not numbered), 3 in portrait (not numbered) and 4 in portrait (which is supposed to be numbered).
Could someone explain to me what to do to have page numbers on all pages?
Thanks!

Hello,
In fact, for certain sections to be numbered and not others, you need to "unlink" the footers... (it would be the same for the headers)
Display your headers and footers on your page where you don't want numbering, and remove "link to previous" by clicking on the icon.
WARNING, before deleting your numbers, go to the next footer and again remove "link to previous." Only at that point will you be able to delete what you wrote in the footer where you want nothing, and so on...
If the numbering is messing up, you can number "from"
is that okay?
