Nettoyage du pc

Bonjour à vous,

Ca fait un bail que je n'ai pas nettoyé mon pc et je le soupçonne d'être infecté par un virus ou autres programmes malvaillants.

L'indice le plus flagrant est que je n'arrive plus a faire de mise a jour windows, mon antivirus ne trouve rien et donc je fais appel a vous pour m'aider à trouver ce qui ne tourne pas rond et à reparer ça.

Sa a pas l'ère d'être infecté fait un scanne avec AntiVir tout simplement !
