Creating a catalog

Hello!
As part of my job, I need to create a paper catalog. Until now, we have been working with Excel, but the document has now become too large. I would like to take the opportunity to start everything from scratch, but I don't know which program to use...
Can you advise me?

    For an online catalog, I can only recommend http://www.creer-catalogue.com
    The creation tool is free, you will need to pay for hosting, but the rates are very reasonable.
    I was especially impressed by the creation tool, I now use it regularly to exchange projects with clients while limiting the publication dates.

    My reply is a bit late, but who knows. For this kind of work, it's best to avoid trying to be a designer and go through professionals (agencies or studios).

    If you have a limited budget, then use online tools like Catalfa (catalfa.com).
