télécharge ce logiciel:
Windows Installer CleanUp Utility

désinstaller norton avec puis réinstaller
a toi d'essayer
sinon désinstalles norton http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/INTER/navintl.nsf/fdocid/20011010123420905
passes un nettoyeur de registre comme RegSeeker
et réessaie l'installation
