Bonjour, pourriez-vous m'aider ? J'ai acheté une télécommande universelle et je ne sais pas comment la faire fonctionner avec ma télévision qui est une Thomson. Merci de votre aide.

Hello everyone, I have a Durabrand TV model no: ddvt821, which is the number printed on the back of the TV. It’s a 2003 model with a built-in DVD player. The remote control no longer works; I tried other universal brands, but it's useless and just ended up resetting my TV. It turns on and off at different times during the day and night. So could you please tell me which remote to buy or how to reset the TV to factory settings?

Sorry for you, but I don't think anyone can help you. The Durabrand brand is virtually unknown in France. It seems to be a "Distributor" brand of Wal-Mart.

There are dozens of Zenith universal remotes, and they certainly do not all have the same code system.
Perhaps HERE you will find yours.
