GPS Issue Takara GPV 1203

Hello, I’ve purchased a Takata GPV 1203 GPS car radio, and when I turn it on for the first time, it automatically goes to the camera and displays “Warning No video signal,” then I can't access the menu or navigation. I can hear the radio, change stations, and adjust the volume, but nothing else shows on the screen except the previous message. When I restart it, the same thing happens. (I then pressed reset while off for 2 seconds but it didn’t help).
How can I access the menu and stop it from going straight to the camera?
