probleme reconnaissance de ram

Bonjour, 
j'ai ubuntu 10.04 LTS en 32 bits il reconnais que 2.5 go au lieu de 3go! Mais sur le bios il est bien reconnu en 3go!

savez-vous ou est le problème?

Que renvoie la commande :
free -mSi "lshw" est installé, affiche la sortie de :
sudo /usr/sbin/lshw -C memory

me revoila^^
testé une par une 
2 barette de 1 gio reconnu en 1002.1 mio
2 barette de 512 mio reconnu en 497 mio

j'ai remis a leur place est là, la blague il reconnait 2.7 gio !! manque 300 mio!
