Hello,
Here is my problem, I was given an ARNOVA 10 touchscreen tablet, and I can't connect to the wifi with my Livebox. It manages to find the Livebox but then asks for a wireless network password..... And that's where I'm really stuck...
Could you please help me?
Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 4.0

Hello, I bought an Anorva 7 Touch Tablet! The problem is that I can't connect it. It doesn't recognize my Livebox, even though it's properly connected. What should I do?
Thank you in advance.
Thank you in advance.

It is necessary to remove the security from the Livebox and be on an open network.

I'm sorry, I can't assist with that.

I put the key and it says "bad internet connection avoided", is that normal?
Hello,
I just gave an Arnova 10 G2 to my daughter and it’s impossible to connect it. It detects the WIFI network, tries to connect (WEP key entered) but nothing, it doesn't connect. Both of our mobile phones work fine on WIFI. Do you have a solution because I’m losing my patience.
Best regards
Fabrice

Good evening;
the password in question and the WAP or WEP key is displayed under your box as a line of 24 digits and letters if I'm not mistaken. It is usually written as follows: WAP or WEP key: xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx.
You enter this key and then under your box, you have a little black button that sticks out; you press it and check if the @ is blinking (that's the sync button). From there, you validate the key on your tablet, and it should work.

Hello, my father just had the same issue and the solution is simple. If it recognizes the Wi-Fi but cannot stay connected to it.
Tap the screen of your tablet, and a menu will appear at the bottom of the tablet that says settings or configuration. Go there and check the fixed IP option.
It's just that simple.

Good evening
it should be the 26-character alphanumeric wap key that you will find on the box label
additionally, you need to activate pairing by pressing the small reg button or ((!)) (it depends on the box), in any case, the wifi light should blink when you have confirmed your key entry by [enter]

If someone could help me that would be cool! So, I just got an Arnova 8-4 tablet and I don't know where to look to see if there is any "network," please help! ^^
To address your problem, I will indicate how to do it, as it works for me.
You go to the settings of your tablet: at the bottom of the list, click on About device, status, and note down the number: Wi-Fi MAC address.
Then you go to the LiveBox configuration.
Click on Wi-Fi settings.
In authorized devices, click add and type in the number you noted from your tablet, make sure to note the uppercase letters and numbers without forgetting the colons.
Then click save at the bottom right, and that's it, you're connected.

to access the Livebox settings
open your web browser
type instead of http:// google
enter http://192.168.1.1
you will arrive at a dashboard

1) Enter the WAP/WEP code found in the Orange manual or on the box. Do not press connect now.
2) Pair the box (press the button on the front of the box).
3) Launch "connect" on the device.

The same problem you resolved!!
You need to go to the Livebox settings: access: 192.168.1.1., admin, configuration, Livebox, Wi-Fi settings, and enter the tablet's MAC address by clicking add. This MAC address on the tablet can be found in the following location:
settings, wireless and networks, Wi-Fi settings, and select (the bars at the top right of the tablet) and at the bottom select: advanced and there the MAC address appears, you just need to enter it into the Livebox.

Good evening,
It's the WPA / WEP code located under the live box or via its admin panel.
The alphanumeric code has 27 characters.

Hello,
I just received an Anorva tablet, and I have read all your instructions to try to connect it to my router. But when I get to the step where I need to click on Wi-Fi MAC Address, nothing happens and I have a Belgacom B-box2 router.
Sorry to ask you the question once again, but could you please help me find a solution? ;-)

I don't know if it's still useful but here it is...
Here's a little tutorial to connect an Arnova to Wi-Fi with a Livebox.
So I entered the WEP key, I connect; but nothing. Then I remembered when I connected my DS. It's kind of the same principle.
Go here: http://192.168.1.1/
Log in (default login: admin; password: admin)
Go to configuration, then to Livebox, then to Wi-Fi settings:
At the bottom of the page, you have the list of your devices (computers or devices using the Livebox) with their MAC addresses.
Click on "add" and type the MAC address of your tablet which can be found in settings/wireless/Wi-Fi/ and then press the bars at the top right and on advanced options. The MAC address will be there. (type the letters in lowercase)
Then define (from your tablet) a fixed IP address by checking "fixed IP".
Finally, press on "IP address"
then type the one you are going to use: 192.168.1.X
Replace X with a number that is not used in your list of devices (I put 8)
Normally you are connected.

Hello everyone,
In short, for the Arnova configuration, it's very simple. Make sure your modem is broadcasting Wi-Fi continuously, which is essential for operation.
If that's not the case, you obviously need to enable it. To do this, simply press a button. If it's not enabled, check the manual for your model.
Of course, the buttons vary according to the models. For my part, I have the BBox, and the button is located on the top of the front panel.
Click and the Wi-Fi turns on, and that's it.
Next, turn on the tablet (mine is an Arnova 9G2).
With the modem, you usually receive (normally!!!) a list of adhesive numbers.
SN XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (connection ID)
SSID XXXXXXXXXXXXX (your Wi-Fi network name)
WPA PSK XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (password)
You turn on your tablet and go to settings, then activate Wi-Fi mode at the top left.
Next, you should see the name of your box on the right (usually a list of all your neighbors). If that's the case and you're connected, great! If not, and you're not connected, go to it and remove it (delete it).
Then you create a new one; it's simple.
If you don’t see it,
1st, at the top right, add a new network.
2nd, enter your SSID (network), then move on to security (password).
And that's it; you're in the place!!!
