Hello everyone, I have a job with Oracle Database 10g, Oracle Forms Builder 10g, and SQL Developer.
My problem is when I want to enter the username, the password, and the database name, I get the message "ORA-12541: TNS: no listener", I'm looking for a solution :)

Start your LISTENER.
