Time setting

Hello everyone, I have a problem. When I go to the control panel and date and time, I can't adjust the time. How can I set it if someone could help me?

    You can also access the time settings by right-clicking on the time displayed at the bottom right of the screen, option Adjust date/time.
    Click on the two-digit segment (hours/minutes/seconds) you want to adjust, and use the scrolling system.
    Or even faster: each two-digit segment can be selected separately with the mouse, and you can enter what you want.
    Then Apply.
