Hello,

I have an HP Photosmart C6380 printer and I have an error message regarding an ink system failure: 0xc19a0022.
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

    Thank you for your help, but I've already checked this site, and I don't have the solution.
    I think I found it in the meantime by looking at similar answers on the forum, and I believe I need to clean the print heads...
