Ma carte son est indétectable

Bonjour,

Tout allait bien dans ma vie avec mon nouveau pc (un HP que j'ai acheter il y à qqjours), lorsque qu'un matin je me lève et hop plus de son, je cherche je cherche mais sans espoir, et avant de l'amener au SAV, j'aimerais savoir si mon problème n'est pas tout "con".

Donc, moi qui utilise skype, il me dit que ma carte son est indétéctable, donc je n'ai plus de micro ni des haut-parleur. Que faire ?
dite-moi si vous avez besoin d'autre info (j'ai fait une analyse avec AIDA64 EXTREME EDITION mais il plante lors du rapport des pilotes systèmes)

Je ne suis pas super fort en informatique, mais merci d'avance de votre aide.

    Bonjour,
    aller dans panneau de configuration et puis Gestionnaire de périphériques
    regarder au niveau du contrôleur audio si il a pas un point jaune ou est les désactivé

    Dans mes périphérique de lecture il n'y a que ATI HDMI OUTPUT (non-connecté)

      tu doit avoir une carte son realtek
      va sur le site realtek
      -click sur Downloads
      -et sur High Definition Audio Codecs (Software)
      -coche la case I accept to the above. et clich sur next
      -Vista, Windows7 Driver (32/64bits) Driver only (Executable file) click sur go "Site 1"
      -et enregistrer
      - installer le pilote

    Dernière chose, des fois mon ordi se bloque (qq seconde) et il y a bruit strident du genre "druuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu"
    par exemple quand j'écoute de la musique ou joue à un jeu et p-e à d'autres moment aussi.
