Virus infecté impossible d'ouvrir les documents

Question

Bonjour, 
 mon ordi est infctés , je ne peux plus aller sur internet ni ouvrir mes documents, de plus avast etait installé mais il ne fonctionne plus apparament lui aussi est infecté?
J'ai tenté d'installer un antivirus a partir d'une cle usb mais idem cela m'indique que "machininstall" est infecté !Quelles est la solution a part reformater ?? merci de vos reponses

&#9654 &#9654  Sous Vista/Seven, clique droit, lancer en tant qu'administrateur   

&#9654 Quitte tous tes programmes en cours   
&#9654 Lance RogueKiller.exe.   
&#9654 Un scan se lance, puis tu verra d'indiqué dans la fenêtre  
&#9654 &#9654 1. Scan (écrit en vert) 
&#9654 &#9654 2. Delete (écrit en rouge)  
&#9654 &#9654 3. Hosts RAZ (écrit en rouge)  
&#9654 &#9654 4. Proxy RAZ (écrit en rouge) 
&#9654 &#9654 5. DNS RAZ (écrit en rouge) 
&#9654 &#9654 6. Raccourcis RAZ (écrit en rouge) 
&#9654  A ce moment tape 2 et valide   
Note: s'il te demande de supprimer le proxy, tape 4   
&#9654 Un rapport (RKreport1.txt) a du se créer à côté de l'exécutable, colle son contenu dans la réponse 
&#9654 Si le programme a été bloqué, ne pas hésiter à essayer plusieurs fois ou a changer son nom en winlogon.exe

bonjour,
ou tu mets roguekiller sur une clé pour le transfèrer sur le pc infecté, ou tu redemarre ton pc en mode sans echec avec la  prise en charge du réseau !

OK cool , n'etant pas devant mon pc , je ferai la manip ce soir, juste une autre question quelle est l'importance du rapport a copier ici ? c'est a dire est -ce que je pourrai tout de meme poursuivre la manipulation sans vous faire le copier coller ? ( he oui je n'ai qu'un seul pc a la maison , celui ci etant HS , je n'ai pas de possiblite de revenir sur le forum.. je triche je suis au travail la ! )

. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation. 
. Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour 
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes 
. Une fois la mise à jour terminé
. rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche 
. Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre. 
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Clique sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés. 
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre. 
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats 
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. 
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log 
. tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher une fois affiché 
. tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes,et puis sur sélectionner tous 
. tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse 
. Tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la réponse et coller 
. À la fin du scan, il se peut que MBAM ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la suppression, donc pas de panique, redémarre ton pc !!!

imprime ce qui est écrit ci dessus, puis il n e reste plus qu'à suivre  :-)

les outils, il faut les téléchager avant et tout mettre sur une clé !

par contre, tu n'auras pas la dernière mise à jour de MBAM !

donc, une fois ta connexion retrouvée, relance le, puis lance une mise à jour et rescan le pc, poste le rapport après  :-)

parcontre j'ai l'impression d'avoir un soucis avec AVAST une fenetre m'a propose une mise a jour , ce que j'ai fait et lors du redemarrage l'ecran est reste noir pdt plusieur minutes , est ce normal ? la j'ai redemarre en mode sans echec

4 antivirus qui sont en train de se bouffer .... 
conflit, ralentissements, ...

ta machine devait pas avancer !

c'est vrai que c 'etait pas le top , mais en fait a chaque fois yavait des pub ou plutot des avertissement qui disaient que tel ou tel antivirus marchait plus ...

ça avait fonctionné puisqu'il ne les trouve plus ;)

ouvre zhpdiag présent sur ton bureau, clique sur la flèche verte et met le à jour.
accepte l'installation...
ferme le, réouvre le; clique sur le diagnostic et héberge le rapport obtenu. donne le lien qu'il puisse etre consulté.

&#9654 Une fois l'outil ZHPFix ouvert , clique sur le bouton [ H ] ( "coller les lignes Helper" ) .
