Bonjour à tous,
J'ai grand besoin d'aide concernant une sauvegarde que j'ai voulu faire en utilisant Instant backup de pinnacle et aujourdh'ui je ne comprend pas comment restaurer mes fichiers. Le DVD sur lequel j'ai graver ne s'ouvre pas , j'ai tjrs le message "access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000" Que faire ?
Cette sauvegarde est tout ce qu'il me reste des photos et vidéos de mes enfants depuis 8 mois !!

Bonjour. J'ai eu le même pb pour sauvegarder avec Instant Backup. J'ai eu la réponse suivante de PC magazine ,et ça marche. En vous suhaitant bonne chance:
On the Pinnacle site FAQ is the solition, you have to rename a file in the register.
"Access violation at adress 00000000. Read of address 00000000."

This error occurs on Windows XP systems with service pack 2 (SP2) installed.
To solve this problem, which is caused by the skin component, please follow the steps below:
1. click on "Start"
2. "run..."
3. enter "regedit"
4. browse to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VOB\CDRAPP\Paths”
5. rightclick on "SkinFile*" in the right window
6. select "rename" and change the name of the SkinFile entry
And after restart your computer it is oké.
*J'ai renommé "SkinFilebis"
