Pc qui démare plus et parle de issas.exe

Bonjour,
J'ai un problème, j'ai un pc qui ne démare plus entierrement ou une fois sur 10 et les seules fois ou il arrive à redemarer jusqu'au bout il reste allumer 2 minutes puis il se réteint ! étrange vous me direz ... Les autres fois il s'éteint au moment d'afficher le choix des séssion. Il donne des erreurs diverses selon les fois :
-aplication qui n'a pas pu être lancé : issas.exe
- le quotat de mémoire est restreint
donc cela m'inquiete. Je voudrais pas formater. Une fois où j'ai reussi à le lancer j'ai fait une restoration système mais toujours rien. Ensuite j'ai pris mon cd de restoration il m'on proposeé une restoration du disque dur et une restoration des boots j'ai fait les deux mais toujours rien.
Alors que puis-je faire d'autre ?

ton systeme est-il à jour ?.. à mon avis non tu t'es choppé un vers.
Pense à le mettre à jour.
tu as quoi comme anti-virus, pare-feu ?!

Ton Pc démarre en mode sans échec?
Tapote f8 au démarrage
Si il démarre en mode sans échec passe ton antivirus !
Nettoye les disques durs
Recherche le fichier issas.exe regarde sa date de création
si elle est récente supprime le sinon
renomme le en issas-exe.bad et redémarre en mode normal
A plus !
