Bonjour,
si quelqu'un connait la réponse, merci beaucoup d'avance ; le virus win32-adan025 a infecte 2 fichiers "wintoolsS.exe" ainsi que "wintoolsB.dll" (à priori lié à windows maj automatique) ; je posse l'antivirus avast 4.6 (freeware) et il ne peut le supprimer... meme sur le site secuser.com, il n'est pas détecté !!
merci d'avance à la personne qui m'aidera....

    Bonjour,

    ~~ Fais ceci dans l'ordre : ~~

    1/ Scanne ton PC avec cet antivirus en ligne :
    http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html
    Clique sur "I Agree" et scanne tout le PC.
    Pense à accepter l'ActiveX bloqué par la barre anti-popup du SP2 (elle clignotera en haut).
    Copie/colle le rapport sur le forum.

    2/ Scanne ton PC avec cet antivirus en ligne :
    http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
    - Choisis "Kaspersky Online Scanner"
    - Clique sur "Accept" -> "Next" -> "My computer"
    - Laisse le scan se faire et copie/colle le rapport ici (si infecté)

    3/ Télécharge HijackThis : http://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Internet/internet_utlitaire/fiches/29061.html
    - Installe le dans son propre dossier.
    Par exemple, C:\HijackThis
    Choisis l'option "do a scan and a logfile", il va te générer un rapport, copie et colle sur le forum.

    J'ai effectue toutes les actions indiquées sauf pour ccleaner car je ne sais pas du tout quelles options selectionnees... Quant au pare feu, windows a son centre de securite et il est actif et du reste, avast en a un egalement ; d'autre part j'ai eu l'occasion d'installer zone alarm et ca m'a bloquer l'ordinateur.

    Oublie de preciser une chose importante, le scan de ewido securite suite s'est arrete tout seul, et donc pas de rapport à fournir... cela dit des fichiers etaient infectés (virus ou autres) sont-ils detruit... l'avenir me le dira....

    Bonjour,

    C'est une mauvaise idée de laisser le pare-feu de Windows Xp car il donne une piètre protection.

    Si vous rencontrez des problèmes avec le pare-feu ZoneAlarm, regardez le tutorial que je vous ai fourni.

    Si malgré tout votre PC reste bloqué, téléchargez en un autre, par exemple Kerio (gratuit et performant):

    Le firewall est très important, voire indispensable si l'on possède une connexion à Internet.

    Concernant CCleaner, dans l'onglet "Nettoyeur" cliquez sur "Analyse". Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliquez sur "Lancer le Nettoyage".
    Ensuite, dans l'onglet "Erreurs" cliquez sur "Chercher des erreurs" puis, avant de cliquer sur "Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées" effectuez une sauvegarde de votre registre (comme proposé).

    Puisque vous êtes toujours infecté :

    1/ Télécharge, mets à jour et scanne ton PC avec Ad-Aware et SpyBot Search & Destroy :

    Spybot Search & Destroy

    2/ Scanne ton PC avec cet antivirus en ligne : https://www.pandasecurity.com/?ref=www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/fr/activescan_principal.htm
    Copie/colle le rapport sur le forum.

    Bonjour,
    Apres le téléchargement de spy bot il a fallut redemarrer l'ordinateur et là : je remarque que ma souris (le pointeur est en forme de pingouin) a reprit la forme standard de windows ; impossible de reprendre le pingouin. En plus la souris est unpeu plus lente en deplacement et c'est regle au maximum...
    J'ai tente une restauration du systeme qui a echouee ?
    Que faire pour recuperer ce "pingouin" ?

      avant de vouloir remettre le pinguoin pense à avoir un systeme propre avant ;-)

      fais ce que t'as indiqué Kristopher on verra apres pour le pinguoin ..certainement ques les virus l'ont bouffé lol :-D

    bonjour,
    j'ai bien executer ccleaner mais il n'y a aucune option de sauvegarde de registre qui apparait à l'ecran juste avant reparer les erreurs , en tout cas je ne l'ai pas vu nulle part .... je n'ai donc pas "reparer"...
    d'autre part avec pandasoft, l'antivirus en ligne, il est bloque par avast (mon antivirus residant) !! impossible de telecharger ! il signale un virus "win32.cts" est-ce un active-x ??
    en tout cas impossible de telecharger pandasoft.......
    j'ai donc toujours ce fameux "win32.adan-025" installer bel et bien sur mon pc....
    y-a-t il vraiment une solution ??.... a moin de tout formater, mais ca je ne le ferais pas, beaucoup trop laborieux.
    je dis merci par politesse , simplement, maisle jour ou ce virus ne sera plus la....

    je viens d'essayer, je dis bien essyer de telecharger Zonealarm en tant que pare feu ; intalle et tout et tout....
    maintenant une fois connecté sur internet je ne peux aller sur AUCUN site, bonjour le surf, TOUT est bloque....
    Soit ce produit c'est de la m... ; soit, et j'en conviendrais, je ne sais absolument pas m'en servir..... mais bon ....
    toujours est-il que maintenant zonealarm est supprime DEFINITIF de mon pc et .... apres tout je fais confiance à avast et au pare feu de windows....
    cela dit merci bien pour votre aide ; vais-je enfin arriver au bout de mes peines... ?

      fais celui la de scan anti-virus et colles le rapport ici des qu'il à fini

      Pour Ccleaner la sauvegarde de modification du registre est demandé juste avant de reparer les erreurs.


      Puis remets un rapport Hijackthis stp

    NB : aujourd'hui, normalement c'etait quotidien, je n'ai pas eu l'alerte avast du virus win32-adan025 ! J'attends tout de meme encore un jour avant de dire, ouf ! enfin debarassé !
    Je ne sais quelle application a pu le virer mais il n'est plus là...
    maintenant justes quelques points :
    1 - puis-je vider la zone de quarantaine d'avast (pas moin de 200 lignes !...)
    2 - comment pourrais-je récuperer mon "pingouin" (le pointeur de ma souris).... secondaire mais bon....

    J'avais déjà deviné ton prénom (cf. message < 3 >).

    Pour la quarantaine d'avast, c'est délicat car cela dépend si des fichiers systèmes ont été contaminés ou pas :(

    Quant au pointeur de la souris, regarde dans le "Panneau de configuration" -> "Souris" -> onglet "Pointeurs" et cherche ton pingouin.

    Si tu ne trouves rien, bah réinstalle le de la même façon que tu l'as installé.

    Voilà, ravi d'avoir pu t'aider ;)

    salut,
    Pour ce qui est de cette zone de quarantaine, on devrait logiquement pouvoir les detruire puisque le systeme ne peut plus acceder aux fichiers et que tout fonctionne malgre tout normalement ... ?
    Par contre le pointeur avait ete telecharger sur un site il y a environ 1 an et demi, mais lequel, je ne sais plus du tout... (j'y etais arrive par hasard en plus) ... tant pis
    au moins mon ordi eest propre.
