Démarrage trés lent internet et applications

Bonjour,

Depuis qq jours j'ai un démarrage trés lent d'internet (qq soit le navigateur) et des applications sous windows 7 64BIT : démarrage environ 15 mn aprés que l'ordi se soit connecté au réseau...
