Sims Medieval: saved game bug

Hello,

I have in my possession this beautiful game which is none other than: "The Sims Medieval"! But here I have a big problem as I can't load my first saved game. It's only been two days since I got it, and after a few long hours of play, this saved game cannot be resumed!

I can launch the saved game but I can't access the different tabs (live mode, etc.)... I'm totally stuck!

If someone has a solution, I thank you in advance!

    As soon as you resume your part, you are in kingdom mode (normally).
    To play, you click on the icon with the scroll (quest) and choose a quest, and then you will be able to play in life mode.

      Unfortunately, I couldn't access the icon with the scroll!

      I decided to start everything from scratch :)
