Gros souci avec windows seven

Voilà, comme dit dans le titre, j'ai un assez gros problème avec windows seven.

En fait, c'est arrivé d'un coup. En l'allumant une fois, après l'écran d'accueil et la saisie du mot de passe, ils s'est mis à ramer très fort, ce qui fait qu'il devient inutilisable. Par contre, le mode sans échec marche très bien.

J'ai d'abord essayé la restauration, mais après une première tentative vaine, il s'est avéré que tous les points de restauration avaient disparu... Ce qui me laisse présager qu'il s'agit d'un vilain virus.

Un autre truc bizarre, c'est le son. En mode sans échec comme en mode normal (quand j'attends assez longtemps pour voir la barre de tâches), la petite icône du son apparait avec une croix dessus. Bien évidemment, pas moyen de réparer le problème, il s'agit selon l'assistant de trucs audio qui seraient désactivés. J'ai été voir dans les services, il y en a bien un qui n'est pas démarré, dépendant d'un autre qui n'est pas non plus démarré, mais qui ne démarre pas en mode sans échec...

Je savais que peu de temps avant mes problèmes, j'avais du mettre à jour certains pilotes et que l'un ou l'autre programme censé trouver les pilotes manquant. J'ai donc cherché à les désinstaller, en contournant l'interdiction du mode sans échec d'utiliser windows installer. J'ai donc pu installer la grosse armada: ad-aware, spybot, et autres tuneup qui me trouvent des erreurs, spywares et compagnies, et pourtant, rien ne change de retour sur windows normal. C'est même pire qu'avant. Maintenant, c'est écran noir et donc obligation d'éteindre en coupant l'alim...

Un autre truc qui laisse penser au virus, c'est que quand j'essaie d'installer un anti-virus (toujours en mode sans échec), tout se passe bien, jusqu'à la fin de l'installation, où un problème survient (avec 2 anti-virus différents au même moment de l'installation) qui interrompt précocement l'installation, évidemment...

Voilà, j'ai passé pas mal de temps sur ce forum et sur d'autres en testant les manips proposées, mais rien n'a marché jusqu'à maintenant. Je pense par contre qu'un petit rapport Hijackthis sera peut-être plus éclairant, je m'en vais en faire un de suite!

    Bonjour,
    La meilleur solution c'est d'acheter un disque de Windows 7 et de reformater le pc.
    C'est la meilleur solution a faire!!!

    C'est ce que je me disais aussi, mais j'aimerais quand même éviter d'en arriver là... C'est venu si rapidement et si 'facilement" que j'ai vraiment l'impression qu'il y a moyen de résoudre le problème. Enfin bon, je vais voir ce qu'on me dit et si j'ai pas d'autre choix, je le ferai!

    Telecharger une version de Windows 7 en iso valable 90 jours puis telecharger Windows Loader v 1.9.5

    C'est un Packard Bell Easy Note LM. Pour ce qui est de la restauration d'usine, j'y ai déjà pensé, mais ayant installé ubuntu en multiboot, je le perdrais aussi, et j'ai pas tellement envie de devoir réinstaller windows et ubuntu...
    Je vais poster le log rsit quand j'aurais le temps, et puis bon, s'il n'y a rien d'autre à faire, ben je me procure un cd windows 7 et je reformate uniquement C.

    Le plus simple c'est que tu reformate tout ton pc et que tu telecharge Windows Loader
