Loading pbr for description 2 ... done

Bonjour, tout le monde ca va ?

J'ai un PC Dell vostro 400, et ce matin quand je voulais le démarer je tombre sur ce message "Loading pbr for description 2 ... done"

cette problème m'a arrivé une fois avant et j'ai suivi les étapes mentionner en bas, tout marche bien le premier fois, mais cette fois j'ai ré-appliquer les étapes mais rien change le message reste toujours et je n'arrive plus à accéder à mon PC , si vous avez comment je peux faire pour résoudre ce problème sans perdre mes données .. Merci d'avance

o Start up the computer and click F12 to give you the boot-up options.
o Insert windows installation/Recovery CD into CDROM, choose CDROM boot option and click Enter
o When it prompts you to press any key to boot off the CD, hit the spacebar and intiated the process
o It went into the windows setup mode with a blue screen and wait for everything to load until it gave you the option to "Repair", click "R" and it went to DOS mode
o A question will appear : which repartition you whish .... ? Insert 1 (c:\windows) and clique Enter
o There is a possibility that he require the Administrator password, insert the Administrator password and clique Enter
o Insert now "FIXBOOT" and Enter
o Now he demand a confirmation for your task, insert Y (yes) and Enter. attention if you work in french version insert O (oui)
o A message appear saying the partition was corrupted and a new one was created successuflly
o Now remove the CD and type "exit" to leave the windows setup and reboot the computer
o Your computer must be restared normally without any problem, and your data alwas available. Nothing lost
