Patch uxtheme.dll pour xp SP3

Bonjour,
J'ai xp SP3 et je voudrai installer des themes pour enlever le vieux thème xp mais probleme!quand j'ai voulu remplacer le patch uxtheme.dll par celui du pc ( Windows --> systeme 32 ---> uxtheme.dll ,
Il me dit que c'est "acces refusé " !
Pouvez vous m'aider s'il faut faire quelque chose de spécial pour le remplacer!
