Hello,

I received a promotional message from 36001. I then replied "stop" in order to no longer receive them. I subsequently received a message informing me that my number had been deleted from the database, but a few days later, specifically today, I received another promotional message from this number.

What should I do to stop this?
Thank you in advance :)

Good evening,

It has happened to me before. The only solution is to report this to your provider (SFR, Orange, Bouygues...), then they will disable the subscription (for free) and you won't receive it anymore.

There you go, you can mark the subject as "Resolved" because that's the only solution.

Gabriel.

A text message, for me, is an email but more urgent. A text from Nespresso bothers me. I don't want to pay for the text message if it's premium-rate. My question: how much does the text message to 36001 cost?

10 cents euro and then follow the facts... it smells like a scam.
