Hello,

I ordered products worth €267 from the lightinthebox website a month and a half ago and I have never received my order.
The site states that it has been shipped but I haven't received anything at all. They are unreachable, despite numerous emails informing them of the non-receipt and especially requesting a refund BUT STILL NOTHING.

Beware, do not be lured by the price as it's a real scam!!!

The US number does not work, no one answers the emails, and €267 is gone.

Some explain that there are customs fees to be paid. Do you know how to proceed and especially how to take action against them?

I bought this phone: ouku ® mini - 3g Android 2.2 smartphone with a 2.8-inch touchscreen (450MHz, WiFi, GPS).

In which you cannot save your contacts!!
An error message appears saying "the process android.process.acore has unexpectedly stopped. Please try again."

This site is a scam. They offer to return the phone (which I paid €77 + shipping costs €12 + customs fees €30) and refund me €30!!! In short, a BIG joke... to be avoided!

Moreover, when the comments are negative for a product, they are simply DELETED!! Where is the freedom of speech?

I absolutely do not recommend the site miniinthebox: customs fees, impossible to contact them (they do not respond to complaints!) and worst of all, they delete negative comments about their products!!!
In short, not serious and borderline scam...

Have you communicated with the customs officers? It might be them who have the package, you never know.

No, I haven't communicated; I am not aware at all that there are customs fees, etc... and I don't even know who to turn to.

Hello,
if you paid via PayPal, open a dispute and turn it into a claim to get your refund. That's what I did for the same amount.

I had ordered 4 t-shirts. On the day of delivery, I was away, and the delivery driver did not leave the package as I had requested via SMS. I thought my order was lost when I received an email from lightinthebox informing me of a reshipment at no cost. And indeed, my order was delivered to me. The wait might be long, but we are satisfied in the end. Very satisfied.
