Correctif kb888111

Salut je viens d'installer windows xp sp2 sur mon pc toshiba satellite a100-088, j'ai téléchargé pilote de carte son mais ca marche pas.
j'ai lu quelque forum ou ils disent qu'il faut installé ce correctif kb888111 mais je le trouve pas. Merci pour votre aide
